Dr. Sam Toh qualified as a doctor from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2005. Prior to that, Dr. Toh graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Biochemistry.

Dr. Toh has a keen interest in lifestyle medicine and is a strong advocate for food and diet modifications as the primary treatment for chronic diseases. He believes most chronic diseases are reversible, especially in their early stages, and has helped many of his patients to achieve that.

Dr. Toh is also well-trained in aesthetic procedures, having obtained COCs from DSS for a chemical peel, Botox injections, filler injections, and Laser treatments. He is in charge of aesthetic treatments in the O2 Clinic.

In 2015, Dr. Toh obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Dermatology from NUS.
