Saw the good ratings and wanted to try out the clinic. But was greeted by a rude admin staff “doctor is overseas, can’t you see the sign?” I admit I missed the sign but the clinic was “open” with her around and another patient waiting. So why the tone?
The doctor i a good an very nice. But not the reception nurse, one of them is kinda rude. Need to have a better customer service.
Dr Ko is a very experienced doctor.
