SATA CommHealth is Here To Care for the health of seniors and the vulnerable in the community. We have served around 200,000 patients in the medical centers every year. We serve our beneficiaries through community events, subsidized care at our medical centers as well as home and center-based services which includes homecare, doctors-on-wheels, day rehabilitation centers, and Fernvale Community Hub.
