Healthway Medical Group says it began in 1990 as a primary care provider. It has since grown into a network that covers primary care, dental services, health screening, medical specialists, day surgery and allied health, and it says these form a connected network that supports continuity of care.
Healthway Medical is one of the group’s GP brands. Other brands in the group include Healthway Japanese Medical, The Clinic Group, Bridgepoint Health, Silver Cross Medical and Northeast Medical Group for general practice; Healthway Dental for dental care; Healthway Screening for executive health screening; and specialist groups such as Nobel Medical, Island Orthopaedics and SBCC (Baby & Child Clinic). Subsidies depend on your card, your enrolment status and the care you receive, and they may not cover the full bill. The clinic can tell you what applies before you are treated.
Healthway Medical's clinic pages each have a Book an Appointment button that opens its online GP booking page, along with the clinic's own phone and WhatsApp numbers. Health screenings need an appointment, which Healthway Medical asks you to make by calling your nearest clinic.
For general enquiries, Healthway Medical lists WhatsApp 9633 9599 and phone 6977 6633. It also notes that waiting times can be longer when clinics are busy, and that registration may close early.
Healthway Medical runs video consultations through the Healthway Medical app (iOS and Android). GP consultations happen in real time and you can choose your doctor; paediatrician and specialist teleconsultations are by appointment. A psychiatrist and Japanese-speaking GPs are also available in the app. Where appropriate, the doctor can issue an electronic MC or a referral letter by email.
Teleconsultation runs daily from 8am to 9pm with breaks at 1pm to 2pm and 5pm to 6pm, and is closed on public holidays.
Healthway Medical publishes its fees as S$16 for a 15-minute teleconsultation, or S$23 with medication delivery, before GST and excluding the cost of medicine (checked 30 Oct 2026).
Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX, and the service is only available in Singapore.
Teleconsultation is not for emergencies. Healthway Medical advises seeking urgent care for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, signs of stroke, a severe allergic reaction or loss of consciousness.
