In 2016 he took up a part-time teaching position at the University of Melbourne, providing clinical training for postgraduate dental students in the field of endodontics. Highly committed to continuous education and training, having spent at least 200 hours outside of work in the last 2 years at lectures, hands-on training, and live surgery programs.
Outside of work, Darren enjoys staying fit by playing tennis and badminton as well as practicing Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When he has time, Darren enjoys traveling and eating his way through all the delicious foods around the world!
