30 or 40 years or not... registration from 11 till now which is 3pm... and the clinic has closed but there is still a queue waiting to see the doctor. The doctor has only seen 7 patients thus far. Avoid at all cost... waste time and money

Sharing personal review of Dr Yap’s toh yi family clinic as one that is patient centric, and one has to accept the operating hours before coming - not urgently needing to see the doc (not critically unwell) and first going in (when clinic opens) to get a queue number/ register...
1 star for the good pricing. 1 star for the accurate diagnosis. The doctor is very patient, but I'm not. I waited 3 hours to see him (just 9 person queuing in front of me). Each patient took 20-25 minutes! That's CRAZY!
Rude peoples sitting over the counter. Don't know how to talk politely to the patients.
Waited from 6pm - 815pm, no sign of doctor - clearly not interested to do business. Not recommended.
