JJ has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) / Intellectual Disability (ID) and co-occurring mental health conditions. She has worked in clinical, community, and hospital settings, designing tailored behavioural interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ well-being.

JJ uses behavioural interventions and person-centred strategies to address clients’ unique needs. She has experience working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, emotional dysregulation, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, and difficulties with social communication. Their work often involves supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ASD and ADHD, as well as those experiencing co-occurring mood and behavioural difficulties.

Personal Information

JJ grew up in Singapore but also had the privilege of living in various cities overseas. With a curiosity for different cultures and perspectives, JJ enjoys immersing herself in new experiences, whether through travel, food, or engaging with diverse communities. Her appreciation for both structure and spontaneity reflects in her approach to life—balancing discipline with a sense of adventure.

Beyond her professional work, JJ has a keen interest in ultimate frisbee and has represented Singapore at international tournaments. She also loves hiking, often seeking out new trails and scenic landscapes to explore.
